Frank Racioppo
Professional Biography
Frank Racioppo is a resident of Niagara-on-the-Lake and active in the Niagara community as a real estate lawyer and constructor. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1992, Frank is the founding partner of RZCD Law Firm (Racioppo, Zuber, Coetzee, Dionne), a full-service law firm with its head office in Mississauga and a home-office in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Frank’s academic career includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor. Frank has an enthusiasm for culturally significant places and has been active in the building industry since 1992 including the founder and construction consultant for the restoration of the historic Coliseum at Exhibition Place, Toronto. Frank served on the Board of Mississauga’s Living Arts Centre, member of Mississauga’s Committee of Adjustment, Land Division Committee Member for the Region of Peel and co-owner of the Toronto Roadrunners, AHL professional hockey team. Frank spent the first portion of his professional and building career in Mississauga and then in year 2000 moved to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
In 2006 Frank became co-owner of one of Canada’s oldest and most important building stone quarries, the Queenston Quarry, located in Niagara-on-the-Lake on the Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere. He has been leading site works to rehabilitate and naturalize the quarry and preparing it for its future.
Frank has been active in the Niagara-on-the-Lake community including serving as a Board Member and Treasurer of Willowbank, School of Restoration Arts from 2010 to present, Executive Member of the St. Davids Ratepayers Association since 2010 and recently appointed as President of the Niagara Falls Bar Association.
